Go to the E-Giving Online Transaction System  CLICK ON THIS ICON TO GO TO THE E-GIVING SITE.

If travel, illness or other circumstances prevent you from attending Mass, EGiving will allow your weekly offerings to continue on an uninterrupted basis.  St Paul’s wants to remind you that we offer electronic giving as a way to automate your regular weekly offering.  Electronic giving offers convenience for individual parishioners and provides much-needed donation consistency for our parish.

Many thanks to everyone who donated to the special collection for the Sacred Heart Center in Richmond. A few weeks ago, Fr. Shay Auerbach visited us and told us of the wonderful work happening at the center. Parishioners of St. Paul's donated $4,144.88.  (4-3-2011)

Collection Information

The Regular Sunday Offering supports the everyday expenses of running the church, salaries, Religious Education, etc.

Our Maintenance Fund collection supports the every day maintenance and daily upkeep of the Church, Rectory, and Father Walsh Center.

Our Restoration Fund supports the restoration efforts of the Church.

**Restoration Pledges: Those who have pledged to the Restoration Fund or give to the Restoration Fund and do not use the “red” Restoration envelopes are asked to please write “Restoration Pledge” on their check Memo line. This will help to ensure proper crediting of your pledge. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Second Collections: Recently the Pastoral and Finance Councils agreed that second collections should be taken immediately following the first collection instead of after Communion. When there is a second collection to take place, the cantor will make an announcement following the Prayer of the Faithful to let everyone know what the second collection is for.

Second collections will be taken on the following schedule:
1st Sunday: Restoration
2nd Sunday: Oasis (unless a Diocesan collection is to take place)
3rd , 4th, 5th Sundays: Diocesan collections as they are scheduled by the Diocese.

This new process should allow for better flow of the Mass and increased awareness of the second collections.

PLEASE USE YOUR ENVELOPES
In the coming months, as we begin to see parishioners from the other cluster parishes join us for mass and as we become more comfortable attending mass at the other cluster parishes (St. Mary’s, Bowers Hill; Holy Angels; or Resurrection), the use of envelopes will facilitate the forwarding of donations to the appropriate parish. In other words, you may attend mass at Holy Angels in Cradock, Resurrection, or St. Mary’s and leave your offering envelope in that collection—it will be forwarded to St. Paul’s for deposit in our bank for support of this parish. We hope this practice will give our parishioners the opportunity to share in the liturgical celebrations of the cluster communities while still offering financial support to the home parish.

Have you noticed the different color of your Maintenance Fund Envelopes? The color has been changed to help you distinguish among the different funds. Our Restoration fund is Red; Regular Church Offering is Blue; and our Maintenance Fund is now Green.
